Celebrate 50 Years of Power: Attend the BUILD Statewide Action!

On Monday, October 12, 2026, from 6:30 to 8:30 PM, St. Ignatius Catholic Community will stand alongside more than 100 congregations, non-profits, neighborhoods, and schools for the massive BUILD Statewide Action. We will gather at Morning Star Baptist Church (1512 Woodlawn Dr., Woodlawn, MD 21207) to meet face-to-face with Gov. Wes Moore, Mayor Brandon Scott, Comptroller Brooke Lierman, and other key officials and local candidates and officials to demand concrete commitments on housing, immigration, criminal justice, and local neighborhood safety.

This historic night also marks the official kickoff of BUILD’s 50th anniversary!

As a member organization of BUILD, we need your help to press decision-makers for concrete commitments on top priorities: housing, immigration, criminal justice, and local neighborhood issues.
